Attorney Niall T. Martin is an associate attorney at Balisle Family Law Legal Counsel, S.C. He focuses his practice on all aspects of divorce litigation.

Attorney Martin was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin. He attended American University in Washington, D.C., where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and, perhaps more interestingly, a minor in Cinematic Studies in 2017. Following his undergraduate studies, Niall spent several years working as a software tester at Epic Systems in Verona, WI. He eventually returned to academia, earning a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2023. During his law school career, Niall worked within the Economic Justice Institute’s Family Court Clinic. Niall was also elected by his peers to serve as a Senior Managing Editor of, and was published in, the Wisconsin Law Review.

Outside of work, Niall enjoys tinkering with technologies he does not fully understand, watching movies, playing guitar, and following baseball.
