Attorney Linda S. Balisle, owner of Balisle Family Law Legal Counsel, S.C., is pleased to announce that she has joined Turke & Steil, S.C., a Southern Wisconsin firm offering comprehensive legal services with deep experience in family law, litigation, business law, employment law, construction law, real estate, tax preparation, estate planning, professional licensing, and personal injury.
Leveraging 46 years of family law practice, Balisle will serve as an advisor and strategic consultant to individuals, business owners, families, and other attorneys and professional advisors in complex, high asset, family-related legal matters including divorce, custody, child and spousal support, and the impact of these issues on businesses and trusts.

Balisle’s experience includes a deep understanding of complex jurisdictional and financial issues, as well as novel legal issues affecting LGBTQ+ families and other family structures. She has been active in creating and supporting legal reform to provide legal protections for all families.
Committed to alternative dispute resolution, she has mediated cases for 40 years and is certified by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers as an arbitrator, providing a private and efficient forum for resolving legal disputes in family law cases. She also provides guidance as an early neutral evaluator, which allows parties and their counsel to better assess and resolve difficult issues preventing resolution.
Balisle is a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Arbitration Committee and serves as an advisory member of the Iowa County Farm Service Agency Committee. She earned her JD from University of Wisconsin Law School and her BA from University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is admitted in Wisconsin.
